Much of David's story serves as foreshadowing for what the Kingship of his royal heir, Jesus, would eventually look like. It's there in everything as small as five loaves of bread, to as large as his willingness to shoulder other people's guilt. Today, we examine ten details from the story we examined last week (David flees Saul, who murders the prophets) and find reasons to be especially thankful for Jesus.
